These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of inlandempirepartybusrental.com and the party bus, Sprinter van, and stretch limo transportation booked through Inland Empire Party Bus Rental (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the site, submitting a quote form, calling +1 909-495-9721, or booking a ride, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a trip.
The person who requests the quote or pays for the trip is the customer and is responsible for the group. That includes passenger conduct, overtime, extra stops, damage, and cleaning beyond normal use.
Prices and availability on the website or in a first reply are estimates. A ride is confirmed only after we agree to the date, hours, vehicle, pickup details, and price, and any required deposit is received. Website copy, photos, and capacity ranges are general. The exact vehicle for your trip is confirmed on the booking call.
Weekend nights, holidays, prom season, and concert dates fill first. We recommend calling to hold the vehicle.
Changes to date, time, vehicle, passenger count, or itinerary must be requested as early as possible and are not guaranteed. If the new plan needs a larger vehicle, more hours, extra stops, wait time, or a different route, the price may change. Last-minute changes on the day of the trip are subject to driver availability and overtime rates quoted at booking.
Cancellation terms are confirmed when you book because they depend on the date, vehicle, and notice you give us. Unless we agree to different written terms:
If we must cancel because of a mechanical issue, driver emergency, or event outside our control, we will try to provide another vehicle or refund amounts paid for the unused trip. We are not responsible for tickets, venue fees, or other third-party costs.
Booked time starts at the scheduled pickup time, not when the last guest boards. It includes travel, wait time, and the final drop-off. Extra stops, longer routes, and time past the booked window may be billed as overtime. Tolls, parking, venue fees, and airport access fees may be extra if they apply to your route.
The chauffeur follows traffic laws and company safety rules. The driver may adjust the route for safety, road closures, or venue rules.
By booking, you agree that everyone in the vehicle will:
The chauffeur may refuse pickup, end the trip, or call for assistance if the group is unsafe, violent, or breaking the law. Ending a trip for cause does not entitle the group to a refund.
Alcohol is only allowed when it is legal for every person drinking and when we have approved it for that vehicle and itinerary. The customer is responsible for the group. We do not permit service of alcohol to anyone under 21. Open-container and local laws still apply. The chauffeur may stop alcohol use in the vehicle if it becomes a safety problem.
Minors may ride with a responsible adult organizer (for example prom or quinceañera). The adult who books the trip is responsible for the group.
Normal use is expected. Burns, tears, broken fixtures, spilled dye or glitter that cannot be cleaned on a standard turnaround, vomiting beyond a routine clean, or other damage will be charged to the customer at repair or replacement cost plus lost-use time if the vehicle cannot go out on the next trip. We may require a security hold on a card for some events.
Photos, fleet descriptions, passenger counts, and sample itineraries are for general information. Vehicles in photos may be representative of the type of ride, not the exact unit assigned to your date. We may update pricing, pages, and availability without notice.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inland Empire Party Bus Rental is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed events, tickets, hotels, or venue fees. Our total liability connected to a trip or to use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for that trip. This does not limit liability that California law does not allow us to limit, including certain personal-injury claims caused by our negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your group’s conduct, a breach of these Terms, extra stops you request, or inaccurate information you give us, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County or San Bernardino County, California, unless the law requires another venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. The version in effect when you book a trip applies to that trip. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the new Terms for later use of the site.
